TIME is going by so so so so so so so fast, as compared to the first months here when everything was going so slow.
People will tell you to to enjoy every moment, and 'carpe diem' but only in that moment do you have the spirit and willingness to actually live like you only live once. After those few minutes life goes on and you just aimlessly go about your daily life.
Since I already have a daily routine, and life has become 'normal' in a sense, the times I take to look back and reflect upon what I've done, and where I am now, truly amaze me. These past five months have been crazy, the most intense, scary, fun, incredible, life-changing times of my life so far.
I know for a fact that I've changed, and i'm interested to see how I feel when I return to good old Western Springs. I find myself thinking about that often, and not about the three months I have left here. A lot can change in 3 months, so I have to remember to keep my head where my feet are... in Indonesia.
So here's to the next 3 months, and hoping that I remember to sieze the day, for before I know it i'll be on that 24 hour flight home.
